Telephone Banking
Sovereign's Telephone Banking service lets you access your accounts by phone anytime, anywhere. It's convenient, easy to use, and free for most transactions.
How to set up Telephone Banking
  1. Call 877-SOV-BANK (768-2265), menu option 3
  2. When prompted, enter your Social Security Number, followed by the number (#) sign
  3. At the prompt, choose a 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) followed by the number (#) sign
  4. At the next prompt, enter your account selection
  5. At the next prompt, enter your primary account number followed by the number (#) sign
That's it. You're now set up to use Telephone Banking. You can use the service 7 days a week, 24 hours a day (except when our system is updating your records).
